Prior to forming Enduravest Partners, Dan worked for SIA Partners, LTD in Santa Barbara, CA. While at SIA, Dan was primarily focused on new acquisitions and developments. Highlights include assisting in the acquisition, entitlement, financing, and disposition of 290 acres of developments in Bakersfield, CA and the financing and repositioning of a 360 unit class A apartment project in Tulsa, OK.

Prior to SIA, Dan was a Regional VP for Nuveen Investments in Chicago, Illinois. While at Nuveen, Dan was responsible for sales of managed money, unit investment trust, mutual funds, and closed end funds.

Dan graduated from Taylor University in Upland, IN. He and his wife have 3 children and reside in Santa Barbara, CA.

The company name is an amalgam of "endurance" and "invest." It was born out of the desire to place and grow our investor's money with continuance and patience.

The mountains in the logo are a rendition of the Shackleton Mountain Range located in Antarctica. Ernest Shackleton led one of history's great expeditions, the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition, from 1914-1917. Disaster struck this expedition when its ship, Endurance, was trapped in pack ice and slowly crushed, before the shore parties could be landed. There followed a sequence of exploits, and an ultimate escape with no lives lost, that would eventually assure Shackleton's heroic status. It is one of modern history's greatest tales of endurance.
